Processing and Information Security
All orders placed on any Amuse Australia Pty Ltd websites are processed using state-of-the-art SSL encryption for your security. All information you enter is encrypted and your credit card information is never stored in our systems. You will be notified by email when your order has been completed and is being processed.
All orders received are processed within 24-48 hours, and orders are fulfilled within the same timeframe (except on weekends or major holidays, when orders will be processed on the following business day.)
Packaging and Shipping
All orders are packed for safety, and shipped discreetly, and shipped as per the shipping option you have selected. Your order will come from “Amuse Australia”, and all packages are discreet – no information about the product is visible on the outside of the package.
You may select from several shipping options:
Standard Shipping uses USPS First Class, and will arrive within 5 to 8 business days of your order, although orders may arrive more quickly, depending on your location.
Priority Shipping also uses USPS service, and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days of your order, again depending on your location.
Overnight Shipping is accommodated via UPS Overnight, and is scheduled for Next Day Delivery.
When any order is shipped, you will receive another email informing you that your order has been shipped, and including a tracking number.
